The Letter
Originally it was too easy to see the influence from the eighties in The Veils, the music project of the son of XTC keyboardist Barry Andrews. Times have changed however, and to follow up to his fantastic breakout sophomore record, Finn Andrews brings us Sun Gangs, slated for an April 6th release date. One can tell in this specific song that there is definitely an atmosphere that screams “eighties” more present in this album, but there’s something more modern in his tone and vocals.
