The main intent of Koufax when it was founded in the late nineties was to combine something essential from the previous three decades to make a new brand of music. They took the rock and roll of the 70’s, the new wave flavor of the 80’s, and what is now called “emo pop” from the 90’s, and made the sound of Koufax, which is sprinkled with charismatically fantastic vocals similar to Mr. Flowers of The Killers. Fans of the most obscure indie and the most mainstream pop will find common ground with Koufax.
