• Forming in 2005, Throw Me the Statue released Moonbeams, their first album, last year. Utilizing quick beats Moonbeams comes off as ignorantly happy at first listen; with further listening is easy to get lost in this album as it is much more than just a simple “for enjoyment” album. Don’t be angered by the long repetitive intros, ultimately, they prepare you for what would otherwise melt your occipital lobes.
