Fireworks
Sometimes, I just want to listen to pop music. I found these Spanish delights on recommendation from a friend. He claimed that they sounded like Phoenix, so I put them on, and indeed they do. They haven’t got much released yet, but if “Fireworks” is representative of their work as a whole, I’m excited. Give these guys a chance; their blend of quirky and poppy is truly delightful. Their debut album “Getting Down From the Trees” is set to release on April 26th. Get psyched.
