I met Thao after her show with Mirah last June and I babbled like a moron for five minutes about how incredible her music was and how she had written the soundtrack to my life during the first half of my senior year and managed to capture the tumultuous relationship that I have with my parents in We Brave Bee Stings and All.
She was nice and gracious and probably really terrified but still signed my setlist anyway.
