The Naked and Famous - “Young Blood”

This is what it sounds like to be young and in love forever.

I want to lie down in the grass and doze off while hearing the sounds of the baseball hitting the mitts as the boys play catch for hours on end. I want to climb into buildings under construction at night and twirl around drunkenly while my best friend laughs as he steals the sign from the room next to mine. I want to sit on the rocks next to Lake Michigan and listen to that lonely boy play Incubus on his acoustic guitar as I watch the waves crash into shore, roughly calculating wave speed and marveling my city from a distance. I want to rinse and repeat until I cannot remember what time feels like anymore.
