This is the band that changed my life. The first Broken Social Scene song I ever heard was “7/4 Shoreline”, and since then, my taste in music has evolved to what it looks like today. In the five years since they last released a record, I’ve changed as a person, and Broken Social Scene has provided the soundtrack for that change. Like all their other albums, Forgiveness Rock Record is about life and about love. Give them a listen; there’s no other band that emotes like this. It comes out on May 4th.
