• Major Tom, the 80’s hit by Peter Schilling, is a reference to a Bowie classic. Unfortunately that song is pretty terrible, but that’s where the Shiny Toy Guns step in, and having achieved their goal of successfully improving an 80’s classic while staying true to vintage style they can now fade into obscurity, or you can keep listening to them, that’s fine with me.
