Islands is yet another great independent act straight out of Montreal sporting an alternative style full of minor chords and walls of sound. Their second record Arm’s Way marked the group’s entry into ANTI-’s lineup of similarly fantastic musicians just last year, and the party is far from being over: their next promising release, titled Vapours, is already packed up and ready to ship on September 22.
