Ancestors
While everyone anticipated the release of their forthcoming EP Purpleface, the Seattle pop group Throw Me The Statue popped an even bigger press bubble: their second full-length record now has a name, date, and preliminary single. Creaturesque is now slated to be released on August fourth by Secretly Canadian Records, and this first public song shows promising signs of maturity and progression from the original light and repetitive pop sound of their 2008 debut.
